What people ask before signing up.

How long is the course really?

Around forty-five minutes if you watch every lesson back to back. Most lessons are between three and seven minutes, with a couple closer to nine. You can spread it over a week or finish it in a single sitting.

Do I need to be a high earner for this to be relevant?

The model we describe works best for people with around £75,000 to £200,000 of capital available per deal, which usually means people earning above-average salaries. If you're earlier in your career or working with less capital than that, the course is still useful for understanding what to look for, but you may want to wait until you've built up more before working with anyone in this space.

Is there a sales pitch at the end?

Honest answer: there's a soft offer in the final lesson. If our approach fits how you're thinking, you can fill in a one-page Investor Brief and book a 15-minute discovery call. The brief tells us what you're looking for. The call lets us talk it through and see whether there's a fit. The first six lessons are pure education, no pitch.

Will you spam me?

No. You'll get one email with the course link, then a short series of follow-up emails over the next two weeks with related content. After that, an occasional newsletter you can unsubscribe from at any time. We don't share your email with anyone.

What happens after I finish the course?

One of three things. You take what you've learned and apply it however you like, including with someone else if you have a service you already work with. You decide it's not for you right now, which is fine, and the email series will keep you informed if anything changes. Or you fill in the Investor Brief, book a discovery call, and we'll talk through whether what we do is the right fit for you.

Are there any fees mentioned?
