We want to get to know you and for you to know us. Whether it be a one-on-one chat or joining one of our investment tour days, we like to begin every relationship with an in-depth consultation.
We assess your needs to ensure they are met, create a timeline to meet your deadlines, connect you with expert brokers for financial arrangements, and provide a welcome pack detailing our property purchasing process.
Search
We source the ideal property for you through our direct marketing team, brokers, trusted agents, and industry contacts. A dedicated acquisitions manager will oversee and guide you through the entire process, presenting suitable properties in an easy-to-understand format endorsed by one of our directors. We handle negotiations, agree on a purchase timeline, and move forward with the acquisition.
Refurbishment
We completely manage the refurbishment process for you. Our project manager, equipped with a thorough report from the purchasing stage, oversees every detail. We ensure value for money by balancing aesthetics, durability, and cost-effectiveness, adding value to your property and creating a great home for tenants. We regularly check progress and keep you updated with photos and 3D tours.
Income
We share your goal of generating income from your property and our job isn't complete until that happens. We ensure all safety certificates, such as CP12s and electrical certificates, are in place, and hand over your property to trusted letting agents with whom we have first-hand experience. We thoroughly handle deposit protection, inventories, and tenant referencing. We oversee your tenant’s move-in and set up a standing order for rental payments. Finally, we provide you with a completion pack summarizing your deal.
