In 2016, we embarked on our journey into the property business during one of the most significant moments of our lives: our wedding year! Rather than taking a conventional approach, we made the bold decision to purchase not just one, but two buy-to-let properties simultaneously. It was a whirlwind year, to say the least, but one that laid the foundation for our future.

That same year, we both read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, a book that profoundly reshaped our understanding of financial success. We realised the critical importance of building assets rather than accumulating liabilities, a lesson that has since guided every decision in our property ventures.

Over the years, we have explored and successfully implemented various property strategies, from flipping houses (buying and selling for profit) to acquiring properties for long-term investment. Our diverse rental portfolio now includes buy-to-lets, houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs), and serviced accommodation units, strategically located in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.

Initially, we managed our growing portfolio from a distance while living in London, which taught us the invaluable lesson of assembling a reliable and efficient team. As the portfolio expanded, so did our ability to invest in multiple projects simultaneously, creating opportunities to collaborate with other professionals eager to generate passive income through property investment.

Today, our mission is to empower others to achieve financial wealth and independence through property. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and experience, helping others to build and expand their own property portfolios, and ultimately, secure their financial futures for themselves and their family. 

Hi there! After 16 years in the IT industry, I was determined to leave the rat race and follow my passion for property investment. 

My analytical and detail-oriented nature from IT has been a huge asset in this new venture. I absolutely love talking about property and get a real kick out of helping others navigate their investment journeys. Making the leap to full-time property investing has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I'm here to help you achieve the same success.

  Inspired by watching Homes Under the Hammer, I became captivated by the idea of breathing new life into rundown properties and turning them into profitable, safe, affordable housing. I also believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in their future, creating generational wealth, a legacy for their family.
